JLBET Account Number vs Card Number: What a Bank Form Wants
A bank account number identifies your account at the bank; a card number identifies the plastic or digital card.
| Fact | Value |
|---|---|
| JLBET GCash Help Center | Open GCash's own Help Center at help.gcash.com and use the contact options it lists. |
| JLBET GCash Maintenance | When GCash is under maintenance, do not send the payment again. |
| JLBET GCash Transaction History | Open the GCash app, tap Transactions, then Load More to see the last 90 days. |
| JLBET Withdrawal Password | A withdrawal password is a second password that approves cash-outs, kept apart from the one you log in with. |
Your card number is not your bank account number, and a withdrawal form that asks for one will not accept the other. Getting the right one in the first time matters, because the lobby says bank details cannot be modified after submission.
This page sits inside the wider online banking in the Philippines cluster and gives you the quick test for telling the two numbers apart.
Account number vs card number: what each one identifies
| Bank account number | Card number | |
|---|---|---|
| Identifies | Your deposit account at the bank | The card (debit, credit or prepaid) |
| Where you find it | Bank app, online banking, statement, passbook, or by asking the bank | Printed or shown on the card, and in the card screen of a bank app |
| What happens when you lose the card | Stays the same | Usually replaced with a new number |
| Used for | Transfers between banks and wallets | Paying merchants, ATM use |
| Safe to read out in a chat | Never | Never |
The card is a key to the account. Replace the key and the lock stays where it was, which is why a cashier that pays money out wants the lock, the account.
Which number JLBET’s bank details form wants
The Contact page of the lobby carries a bank section titled “Register your card”. Its notice asks you to enter the correct bank information: the bank name, the bank account number and the payee name. It says these cannot be modified after submission, and that the details are for withdrawing money.
- Open your bank’s app or online banking and find the account the money should land in.
- Copy the account number from there, and the account name exactly as the bank shows it.
- Pick the bank from the lobby’s list, which names 30 institutions including BDO, BPI, Metrobank, UnionBank and Land Bank.
- Type the account number exactly as your bank shows it and check it twice before you submit.
If your bank shows both a card number and an account number, the account number is the one for this form. Not sure which is which? Ask your bank before you submit, as the lobby says only its support can change or delete the details afterwards.
Bank account verification: the name has to match
The sign-up form asks for your Full name and carries a line saying it must be the same as the name for bank withdrawals. The How withdrawals page repeats the check: when you enter the withdrawal password, you confirm that the withdrawal name matches your bank account name.
A worked example
Say your bank account is under Maria Santos Dela Cruz. Register as Maria Santos Dela Cruz at sign-up, and enter that same account name as payee. A nickname, a married-name variation or a missing middle name is a mismatch you can avoid in two minutes at sign-up.
| Check | Where it happens | What must match |
|---|---|---|
| Full name | Sign-up form | The bank account you will withdraw to |
| Withdrawal name | Online Withdrawal | Your bank account name |
| Payee name | Bank details | The name your bank shows |
Other limits on the same account
- The lobby says you can register 2 cards under your account.
- One bank account can be registered under one user account only.
- A bank card cannot be shared between several users.
The password side of the same step is covered in the withdrawal password page, since the password and the name are both checked at Online Withdrawal.
When the money goes to a wallet instead of a bank
The Agent Cooperation page of the lobby says withdrawals are supported by more than 20 banks in the Philippines and GCash. A wallet has its own identifiers and its own rules, and GCash’s own limits come from GCash, not from JLBET.
For banks, the transfer rails have limits too. Per the Bangko Sentral FAQ for InstaPay, a single transfer is capped at PHP 50,000, and the sending institution may charge a fee. For wallet questions such as a missing reference, use GCash’s Help Center route, and read the Online Withdrawal screen for the options JLBET’s cashier shows you.
FAQ
Is my ATM card number my bank account number?
No. The card number identifies the card and the account number identifies the account behind it. JLBET's lobby notice asks for the account number, with the bank name and payee name.
Where do I find my bank account number?
Look in your bank's own app or online banking page, on a statement or passbook, or ask your bank. Do not read it off the card unless the card itself says it is the account number.
Pwede bang palitan ang bank account sa JLBET pagkatapos i-submit?
The lobby says bank name, account number and payee name cannot be modified after submission. To change or delete them, contact JLBET support through the Online Service chat.
